ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME
In February 2025, Ronald Moschetta filed an application for review of FINRA action. FINRA filed a motion to dismiss, and Moschetta filed an opposition to that motion. On May 1, 2025, FINRA filed a corrected request for a six-day extension to file its reply.1 Under the circumstances, it appears appropriate to grant FINRA’s request for good cause shown.2 Accordingly, it is ORDERED that FINRA shall file its reply to Moschetta’s opposition by May 5, 2025.
