Treeverse Launches Its Inaugural Rewards Season

The action role-playing game Treeverse, built on the Ethereum blockchain, is set to kick off its inaugural rewards season on April 19. This follows its recent launch on multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows, last month.

The game will feature a month-long campaign, distributing 2.76% of END tokens, which will be introduced following the conclusion of this initial season, along with additional rewards in the form of Immutable (IMX) and Pixelmon (MON) tokens.

Rewards System and Eligibility

According to the game’s announcement, the rewards system is designed primarily for dedicated players and those who strive for high achievement. Players can earn various rewards by completing daily quests, leveling up their skills, and competing in rankings that monitor dungeon runs, gold collection, experience accumulation, and monster shard farming.

To be eligible for these rewards, players must own at least one NFT from Treeverse, with entry prices starting at around $5.

Additional Reward Multipliers

Players who possess partner tokens or specific NFTs from prior Treeverse collections will receive rewards multipliers. However, the END token, which is essential for the rewards, has not yet been launched; it is expected to debut at least one month after Season 1 concludes.

Introduction of NFTs on Immutable zkEVM

In addition to the rewards season, Treeverse will introduce its first NFTs on the Immutable zkEVM blockchain. These NFTs will be categorized into non-tradable soulbound tokens and limited-tradable “Crowns,” with a restriction of one per digital wallet.

Reset of Player Progress

As part of preparations for Season 1, all player progress has been reset, and future announcements indicate another reset will occur leading up to Season 2. Immutable, the platform hosting Treeverse, is a prominent player in Ethereum gaming, featuring two main scaling solutions: Immutable X and Immutable zkEVM.

The company recently revealed plans to integrate these networks by transitioning Immutable X’s assets to the layer-2 zkEVM framework.
