ORDER

The Securities and Exchange Commission instituted these proceedings on November 8, 2024:
pursuant to Section 203(c)(2)(B) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as to Epic Capital Wealth
Advisors, LLC. On January 23, 2025, the Commission issued its Order Setting Proceeding for Expedited
Hearing on January 31, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 203(c)(2)(B) and the agreement of the parties, the Commission must resolve
the Epic proceeding by October 20, 2025. See Epic Cap. Wealth Advisors, LLC, Admin. Proc. Rulings
Release No. 6923, 2025 SEC LEXIS 366 (Feb. 5, 2025).

Previously, the parties were ordered to confer and propose a procedural schedule. See Epic Cap.
Wealth Advisors, LLC, Admin. Proc. Rulings Release No. 6926, 2025 SEC LEXIS 474 (Feb. 18, 2025).

The parties’ proposed schedule, filed on March 24, 2025, was adopted:

  • Close of discovery: May 9, 2025
  • Parties’ prehearing briefs filed: May 23, 2025
  • Hearing (remote, by video): June 2, 2025
  • Parties’ post-hearing briefs filed: June 18, 2025
  • Parties’ response briefs filed: July 2, 2025

It is noted that Epic’s three subpoenas, which the undersigned nonetheless signed, were submitted
today, two weeks after the May 9, 2025, close of discovery date. The deadline for any motions to quash
will be May 30, 2025.
