Susbarium, a platform known for highlighting fraudulent schemes, issued a warning on X about a deceptive email that falsely claims to be from “Exodus Wallet”. This email is designed to instill fear, prompting users to keep their wallets ‘active.’
Details of the Scam
The fraudulent message includes a link urging recipients to “verify” their wallets or enter their seed phrases, a tactic commonly employed by cybercriminals aiming to gain unauthorized access to users’ funds. Susbarium emphasized that this is a ploy to steal assets, reminding users that there is no need to keep wallets active through such verification processes and that legitimate companies like Exodus Wallet will never solicit sensitive information such as seed phrases via email.
The warning specifically noted the subject line of the phishing email: “Exodus Wallet: Keep It Active!” Users were advised to disregard the email completely and not to engage with any links or phone numbers included in its content.

Susbarium further clarified that Exodus Wallet lacks a customer support phone number, urging users to seek assistance only through the official website.
