Binance Margin Trading Update

In a significant update for traders, Binance Margin has announced the removal of various margin trading pairs, effective December 4, 2025, at 06:00 (UTC). This change will impact both cross margin and isolated margin pairs.

Pairs to be Eliminated

Specifically, the following cross margin pairs will be eliminated:

  • /
  • /BTC
  • ONT/BTC
  • ID/BTC
  • ZRX/BTC
  • CHR/BTC
  • ENJ/BTC

On the other hand, the isolated margin pairs slated for delisting include:

  • WAXP/BTC
  • ONG/BTC
  • POWR/BTC
  • SXP/BTC
  • ONT/BTC
  • ID/BTC
  • AGLD/BTC
  • ZRX/BTC
  • CHR/BTC
  • ENJ/BTC
  • UMA/BTC

Important Changes and Deadlines

Effective immediately, customers can no longer transfer assets related to these pairs into their isolated margin accounts, whether through manual methods or the Auto-Transfer Mode. For users who currently hold outstanding liabilities in any of these tokens, manual transfers of assets are allowed only up to the limit of their existing liabilities, taking into account existing collateral.

Moreover, the platform will halt margin borrowing for these pairs starting December 2, 2025, at 06:00 (UTC). On the delisting date, Binance will automatically close all open positions and process settlements for users engaged with these trading pairs, while simultaneously canceling any pending orders. Following these actions, the affected pairs will be entirely removed from Binance Margin.

Advice for Traders

Traders are strongly advised to preemptively close their positions and shift their assets back to Spot Accounts prior to the deadline, as margin trading will cease at the stated time. It’s important to note that the delisting may take around three hours, during which users won’t have the ability to modify their positions.

Binance has made it clear that they will not bear any liability for potential losses that may occur during this transition.

Nevertheless, traders can still engage with the impacted assets using other trading pairs available on the Binance Margin platform.
